MINERS MOUNTAIN EXPRESS POV - Silver Dollar City New 2027 Roller Coaster

Opening in spring 2027 at Silver Dollar City, a MACK Mine Train roller coaster. Miner’s Mountain Express. Sending families racing through the Ozarks on a new mine-train coaster inspired by a real Missouri mining story. Set in Daredevil Pass, the 3,553-foot coaster follows the natural terrain of the Ozark Mountains, featuring two lift hills, 15 moments of weightlessness and a flooded mine shaft along the way. The ride is rooted in the history of the Marble Cave Mining Company, which operated on the site nearly 145 years ago, and even features an authentic working mine headframe sourced from Missouri. Designed for families, riders as short as 39 inches can experience the adventure alongside an adult. The coaster will 'replace' Thunderation after 33 years of operation and will be the longest family coaster in the Midwest. It is not in the same plot of land but has similar thrills.
