How We Created More Space Without Extending

They needed more living space, but extending the house wasn’t the only option. This Hillcrest family had a 10m² living room, so we looked at the existing layout and found a way to increase it to 32m² without making the house itself any bigger. By opening up an underused guest bedroom, redesigning the kitchen and upgrading the bathroom, the upstairs became a much more practical space for everyday life and entertaining.
