If you ever suffered mild to severe mandibular function impairment, which means you couldn't bring your mouth apart well enough... that means less than 1.2 inches (35 millimetres), then you know the kind of trouble this can be. I feel you, and I hope I have a great, alternative set of exercises for you with this movement sequence. Here are some exercises that are as effective as they are gentle.
However, this movement sequence is not just to solve problems. It's an excellent sequence for mindfulness, movement meditation, or general improvement of jaw function and brain function. Most of all, let yourself be inspired to experiment and nourish yourself, in a loving, playful way.
