Simon - Initial assessment

Simon was attending an initial assessment day hoping to become a tutor. I am here examining his client centred credentials. All part of my experimentation with adopting a different approach to training tutors. Simon kindly volunteered to take part in the experiment. I decided rather than take the traditional tutor training approach I would attempt to demonstrate the difference between traditional instruction and a more client centred approach. It is often thought by instructors that this will not work with learner drivers......it will!
