Εύκολες πατρoπαραδοτες λύσεις για αγαθά που μπορούμε να τα αποθηκευσουμε για χρόνια. Μαθαίνουμε για να τα διδάσκουμε Σας ευχαριστώ In this video I show some simple ways to make plum jam, dry out fruits and also make tomato pulp for sauces. Plum jam, Take out the inner seeds of the plums and place them in the blender. Make them a pulp and put them in the boiling pan, adding sugar, in a ratio of 3 to 1. For every 3 glasses of plum pulp, add 1 glass of sugar. Plus one Vanilla stick in the end. Bring it to a boil using strong temperature at first, around 200°C, and then lower the temperature at around 180°C nd let it boil slowly until it takes a jely like form. You can put the jam in glass jars, which you have sterilised first by placing them into an oven (with their caps), at a temperature of around 60° to 80° C. This will kill any bacteria and make them suitable for storing the jam. You can store the jars at a cool place or even in the fridge. Dry fruits Cut small slices of different fruits, the kind I show in the video, about a centimeter thick. Put them in a container and "wet" them with lemon dressing. Place them in the pan and put it in the oven at around 60° to 80° C to dry out. Alternatly you can leave them to dry out in the summer sun. Don't worry about flies, they won't get near them, due to the heat of the metal pan. You can take them inside during the night, and put them back out the next morning, or cover them with a net during the night. Just don't let them get moist or wet during the night. You can cut all sorts of fruits, appricots, plums, bananas, grapes, figs, anything you like. Tomato pulp This is quite an old trick. Whatever tomatos you haven't gotten around consuming, you don't have to throw them in the garbage. Just turn them into pulp, and use them in your cooking or make excelent tomato sauce for your pasta. Cut the tomatoes in pieces to fit into the blender, and literally in a few seconds (just like I demonstrate) you can make them a nice pulp which you can put in a water bottle and then freeze for later use. Or you can directly pour the pulp in the pan and make the sauce. Add herbs and spices and olive oil, and you can make whatever sauce you can imagine. Simple and smart tricks for tasty and nutricius snacks. Enjoy. Thanks for watching, and if you like what you see, consider subscribing. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ioannisdiak...
