Can a computer check two questions at once? With and, or and not, it can!
In this Code Quest Kids episode, Bit the robot wants to go to the park, but only if the homework is done and it's sunny. We learn that and needs every answer to be yes, like a gate with two locks, or needs just one yes, and not flips an answer like a switch. Then we snap the green operator blocks into a Scratch if block, write the same rule in Python, fix a too-strict snack rule, and take a quick quiz.
Try it yourself: write three house rules on paper using and, or and not, then test each one with yes and no answers.
Code Quest Kids: fun, colourful coding lessons for curious kids.
