Banaras is Magical but difficult to roam with a dog

VLOG 56-In this episode, I wake up after camping at a roadside dhaba and continue my journey towards Banaras (Varanasi), traveling in my campervan with my dog Jon Snow. After months of living and camping in the mountains, entering a city like Banaras felt completely different — crowded, chaotic, and intense in its own way. I meet Saurabh, an Instagram follower, who shows me around the Banaras ghats. But exploring the ghats wasn’t easy. With many street dogs around, my experience of Varanasi changed — I was constantly managing space, protecting Jon Snow, and seeing the city from a very different perspective than most travelers. Later, we cross to the quieter side of the river and spend the evening near Ramnagar Palace, sitting by the Ganges as the chaos slowly fades into calm.
