Tutorial 3 of the Anvesco series: back-checking markups.
The engineer marks up a drawing, the draftsman drafts the revision, and someone has to confirm that every red-line made it in. Anvesco puts the markup and the drafted revision side by side and helps you account for every item.
In this video:
• Open the marked-up drawing (Bluebeam, Acrobat or printed) and the drafted revision
• Synchronised zoom and pan across both drawings
• Assisted check: evidence for each markup, plus changes no markup asked for and the revision clouds. It suggests; you decide.
• The five statuses: Drafted, Not drafted, Partly / wrong, Query, Not for drafting
• Click a markup, or step through them one at a time with the keys D, N, P, Q
• The highlighter: each colour sets a status, and you can change what each colour means
• Comments for the draftsman: clouds on the drafted revision, one at a time or all at once
• Export the back-check register (Excel) and PDFs for Bluebeam / Acrobat
• Printed and flattened markups work too

Anvesco helps you check; it does not check for you. The assisted check is a beta that suggests; the checker decides. All drawings shown are synthetic samples. Footage and music: Mixkit (free licence). Bluebeam, Acrobat and Excel are named only to describe file compatibility.
