My Famous Creamy, Spicey, Chicken "Junglee" Sandwich | Delicious Lunchbox Idea

An homage to a Mumbai classic! My version of the chicken "junglee" sandwich was inspired by the classic chicken mayo sandwiches made by Birdy's, an institution of a boulangerie in Mumbai. The "junglee", meaning wild, aspect of the recipe comes from the addition of certain ingredients that add incredible burts of flavour and heat to elevate a regular chicken mayo sandwich. Watch to find out what they are! #chickensandwich #didastable #sandwich #sandwichrecipe #lunchboxideas #spicy #delicious #cafe #boulangerie #mumbai #classic
