I’ve Been Too Busy to Document My Life

I keep telling you guys that you should document your life, even when you think it's boring. But recently I've had the opposite problem. My life has been so busy that I've actually struggled to document any of it. This week was packed with brand shoots, editing, Woolies content, Ninja content, creating personal content, working towards 10K on TikTok, trying to grow on Instagram and, somewhere in between all of that, actually trying to have a life. I also wanted to give you guys a bit more of a look into what actually goes into creating a brand deal. Because you see the final 30-second video, but there's so much that happens before that: coming up with the idea, writing the script, planning the shots, filming, editing, making different versions, getting feedback, making changes and finally getting everything approved. And honestly, kuningi 😂 I also spent some time this weekend making the new place feel more like home, including saying goodbye to a shelving unit I've actually grown quite attached to. Then there was brunch, spending time with my girlfriend, and a situation at a restaurant that left us feeling pretty uncomfortable. So yeah... not exactly the most structured week. But that's kind of the point. I'm trying to build a life where I'm taking my health, relationships, career, content and personal growth seriously, and I'm learning that sometimes documenting the journey is harder than actually living it.
