After uploading this video to YouTube, I would say the result is sketch. As it turns out, the glitchy very rare occurrence is caused by the actual video editor export (not the Osmo Action, not the YouTube upload). It's not enough to affect the hobbyist. Yet, it is enough to make the hobbyist not totally professional. It also is not enough to affect the viewer of hobbyist video much if at all.
