IN SEARCH OF TRANQUILITY: PARESH MAITY

The city of births and rebirths, moksha, or salvation, Banaras, with its profound spiritual and artistic significance, has always been an enduring fascination for Paresh Maity throughout his creative journey. "In Search of Tranquility" portrays Paresh Maity’s cherished subject matter, the ghats of Banaras echoing the vastness and the emptiness of life, the eternity of souls, and the boats anchored and sailing through the shimmering water of the Ganges.
