Basingstoke parkrun in 3 Minutes

Basingstoke parkrun was filmed on Saturday 23 September 2023. I upload 3 formats to try and cater for most peoples appetites. The first is about 3 minutes long, the second is about 6 minutes and the last one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day due to the course and the conditions. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run; this version can also be used as a virtual run on a treadmill. Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather. All details within the video are correct at time of uploading.
