Join me on an incredible 19km walk through the beautiful Perthshire countryside in Scotland, exploring the quiet hills and hidden history around Glen Shee. This scenic route takes in the summit of Creag Liath, stunning panoramic views across rural Perthshire, the atmospheric ruins of Rosecraig, and the mysterious obelisk standing high on Craig Gibbon above Little Glenshee. Along the way there are peaceful woodland trails, open moorland, hidden tracks, historic landscapes and some of the most underrated walking scenery in Scotland. The Craig Gibbon obelisk is one of Perthshire’s strangest landmarks, a folly built centuries ago and still standing proudly above the surrounding hills.
