Narasimha Reddy – urged graduates to serve society with integrity. Chief Rector: Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana – emphasized compassion and equality. Chief Guest: Dr. Krishna Ella, Founder–Chairman, Bharat Biotech – encouraged students to combine knowledge, skill & imagination for innovation. Vice-Chancellor: Prof. B. J.
