3FHi Transforming Community Health across 32 Districts! Faith for Family Health initiative (3FHi), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and local government partners, has undertaken a nationwide retooling activity across 32 districts. This initiative equips interfaith religious leaders, cultural icons, and community advocates with updated knowledge and tools to advance critical public health priorities, including: Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) and family planning education. Maternal & Child Health, promoting early antenatal care and health facility deliveries. Teenage Pregnancy & GBV Prevention, breaking cultural stigmas and protecting adolescent girls and young women. Disease Prevention & Awareness, driving action on malaria, sickle cell disease, and routine immunization. By strengthening the Inter-Faith Alliance for Health, 3FHi ensures that trusted community voices become active health champions—correcting harmful misconceptions, driving healthcare referrals, and creating sustainable change at the grassroots level.
