Mt Lindsey via Northwest Ridge, a CO 14er Climb, Sangre de Cristo Range, Blanca, Colorado

Mt Lindsey was re-opened earlier this year after the landowner closed the mountain for a few years due to liability concerns. Hikers now must submit an online waiver in order to legally access the summit area above 13000'. Other than this bit of red tape, this is an amazing hike with beautiful scenery and enough technical challenges to make it fun and engaging. Total stats from upper trailhead: 8 miles with 3600’ elevation gain.
