The trainer is Ryan Porter, who has also worked with Jayden Daniels, the Washington Commanders quarterback.
Porter is the founder of QB Cavalry and has trained Fahey since eighth grade, including coaching him on the seven-on-seven circuit. Fahey is a true freshman from Mission Viejo, California, and would be making his first start at USC on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC. As of Ryan Day’s Oct. 27 comments, Ohio State hadn’t officially named a starter. Day said both Fahey and Tavien St. Clair practiced well and that the staff needs to “stack a few more days.”
