Wandering-Days Out, Episode 7, The Journey Around Yorkshire on Class 333’s and an Azuma

Hello there my amazing friends and welcome to another “Wandering-Days Out” video. This one takes us to Yorkshire, specifically Doncaster, Leeds, Skipton, Ilkley and Bradford. A few reasons for this trip are that the Doncaster to Leeds local Northern service is once again served by Class 333’s, the old announcements on the 333’s were (at the time of filming) soon to be replaced with the announcements that the rest of the Northern fleet have, and LNER had recently introduced an additional 5 services a day to Bradford Forster Square so I rode on one between there and Leeds. I also rode from Doncaster to Leeds on a Class 333 and back again later, as well as from Leeds to Skipton on a Class 333. Sadly, it was a 331 between Ilkley and Bradford, but it was good to see both places again. While I will miss the old Class 333 announcements, which is what made the trains rather unique, it does mean they are PRM compliant and can continue running in service.
