Every Soviet Tank Ranked WORST to BEST

Every famous Soviet tank ranked from worst to best. In March 1969 a brand new Soviet T-62 got stuck in the ice of a frozen border river at Damansky Island, and Soviet and Chinese soldiers fought over it for days. China won it and studied every secret. But where does the T-62 rank among the ten Soviet tanks everybody knows? We ranked ten Soviet tanks: the five-turreted T-35 parade queen; the KV-2 and its giant turret; the T-26 in Spain and Finland, where the Molotov cocktail got its name; the T-62, the first smoothbore tank; the T-90 and the "jack in the box" problem; the T-64, the clever tank that was never exported; the IS-2 in Berlin; the T-72, the tank that went everywhere; the T-54/55, the most produced tank in history; and the tank that every other Soviet tank was measured against. 0:00 A tank stuck in the ice 0:37 #10: T-35 1:41 #9: KV-2 2:42 #8: T-26 3:30 #7: T-62 4:38 #6: T-90 5:47 #5: T-64 7:05 #4: IS-2 8:46 #3: T-72 12:02 #2: T-54/55 15:20 #1: T-34 19:00 The final ranking How this video was made: the script was researched from published military histories, tank museum collections and production records, cross-checked between sources, then written and narrated for this channel. Where sources disagree (production numbers, the T-72 in Lebanon, how the T-90 performs in Ukraine) we say so in the video. This is a history video, not a guide: nothing here explains how to build, use or modify a weapon. Every scene is hand-drawn in our sketch style, and the real tanks, people and places are shown in photographs.
