A dangerous flooding emergency is unfolding across New Jersey as a powerful nor’easter continues to impact the Jersey Shore. Floodwater has covered major roads, submerged and stranded vehicles, entered homes and buildings, and forced emergency crews to carry out water rescues. Parts of Atlantic City, Egg Harbor Township, Long Beach Island, Ocean City, Sea Bright and other coastal communities have been dealing with significant flooding.
