Gazing at the water, he looked up — and there beside a rocky cliff stood a woman of unearthly beauty. "Light as a startled swan, graceful as a soaring dragon." His charioteer named her: Fufei, Goddess of the Luo. Enchanted, he untied his jade pendant and held it out across the water as a pledge; moved, she gestured toward the deep current as her promise in return. Divine spirits rose to play across the river while she walked upon the waves themselves — her steps so light the water stirred like dust beneath her. But mortal and deity belong to different worlds. As the moon rose, sorrow clouded her face. The wind-god stilled the gales, Feng Yi beat his drum, Nüwa raised her song, and a cloud-chariot drawn by six golden dragons swept in to bear her away. Boarding it, she turned back and spoke her grief — that human and spirit walk different paths, that so beautiful a meeting must end forever. Then the mist swallowed her light, and she was gone. He rowed a small boat upstream through the fog, but the river was vast and empty. He drifted sleepless all night, frost on his robes, until dawn — then turned east for home, his body going, his soul left behind on the water. ━━━ 故事 ━━━ 黃初三年，曹植自京師返回封地。日既西傾，車殆馬煩，遂於洛水之畔停車歇息。流眄洛川之際，忽而抬頭 —— 只見一位絕世麗人，立於巖之畔。「翩若驚鴻，婉若游龍。」御者告之：此水之神，名曰宓妃。 詩人心動，解玉佩以要之；女神為之所感，指潛淵而為期。眾靈嬉戲於水上，采明珠，拾翠羽；而她「凌波微步，羅襪生塵」，輕盈行於波上。 然而人神道殊。月上中天，愁色漸生。屏翳收風，馮夷鳴鼓，女媧清歌 —— 六龍儼其齊首，載雲車前來迎歸。登車之際，她回首悲訴：恨人神之道殊兮，悼良會之永絕兮。言罷雲車騰空，霧靄吞沒神光，終於消失無蹤。 詩人御輕舟而上溯，煙波中苦尋不見。悵盤桓而不能去，夜耿耿而不寐，沾繁霜而至曙。天明命僕夫就駕，將歸東路 —— 足往神留。 ━━━ 이야기 ━━━ 도읍에서 돌아가던 시인 조식(曹植)은 해 질 무렵 낙수(洛水) 강가 풀밭에 수레를 멈췄다. 강물을 바라보다 문득 고개를 들자 — 벼랑 곁에 세상에 없을 아름다운 여인이 서 있었다.
