In this episode you can see a fully traditional production method, daily distillery operation, and the practical realities of producing tequila using time-tested techniques, while also capturing the Sauza estate — including a visit to the historic grounds and a tasting in the cave. We’re making an attempt to visit every tequila producer and document how tequila is made — from large-scale producers to small artisanal operations.
