The Great Shimano Gravel Adventure 2024 (Baguio to Mt. Ugo out and Back)

The Shimano Gravel Adventure Ride This is not a race but an adventure ride. Finished with 2700m elevation gain. Imagine a 70km ride, then squeezed into a 2700m elevation. That's one tough cookie. The adventure ride started in Burnham Park, Baguio City up to Mt. Ugo and back. It was a very challenging ride certainly because of the steep descent and ascent. This was our first-time riding as a team in Baguio and it was truly memorable. Also, our first Highland Gravel Ride. The ride was well-organized and marshalled. There was enough food and hydration along the course with bike mechanics stationed along designated places.
