Oregon clamming - how to catch and cook clams

I went out to dig for clams again last weekend. It will be my last clamming trip in Oregon - for this year at least. We were catching some big clams in the tidal pool. This time, I managed to get some gaper clams. Afterwards, my friend Kosuke showed me how to clean these clams and cook them.
