Mastercard Foundation: Great Scholarship Opportunity for Students in Rwanda! FAWE Rwanda, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is inviting applications for the 2026/2027 TVET Bursary Programme. This opportunity supports young people interested in pursuing technical and vocational education in STEM-related fields. Who can apply? Young people aged 15–25 years. Applicants who completed secondary school in 2024, 2025 or 2026. Holders of A2 or Rwanda Technical Certificate of Education. Candidates with at least 70% in national examinations. Applicants willing to pursue a three-year STEM programme leading to an Advanced Diploma. Priority: 80% females and 20% males, with special inclusion targets for persons with disabilities and refugees. Participating institutions include: RP-Tumba, RP-Huye, RP-Kigali, RP-Musanze, RP-Kitabi, RP-Gishari, RP-Karongi, RP-Ngoma and selected private polytechnic colleges. Application deadlines: Rwanda Polytechnic colleges: 13 November 2026. Private institutions: 22 November 2026.
