Centre of excellence - UTC Elgon to boost skilling Uganda program

Government is constructing a multibillion structure at Uganda Technical College – Elgon centre of excellence. The minister of state for High Education Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo this weekend toured the Mbale based project.
