Convert PlayStation 5 executables into native Linux and Windows programs — no emulation. In this step-by-step tutorial I build AnyPS5 from the real source code, run its full test suite (49/49 pass), run the actual relinker converter, verify the output, tour every option, and cover controllers, keyboard input, troubleshooting, and how complete the project really is. Every step shows the real screen, the real command, and the real result — no skipped steps.
What you need: CMake 3.22 or newer, g++ (a C++ compiler), Git, and an internet connection.

Good to know before you start:
AnyPS5 is free and open source under the GPL version 2 license.
AnyPS5 is NOT an emulator — it converts a PS5 program once, ahead of time, into a native PC program.
The project ships no games and no Sony system libraries (their own disclaimer). You must supply your own legally obtained PS5 executables.
The on-screen conversion demo uses a labeled synthetic test file modeled on the project's own test fixtures — not a real game. This is stated on screen and in the video.
This video builds the relinker converter only. Fully running a converted real game also needs the native PRX system libraries and a Vulkan-capable GPU.
The project's verified compatibility list currently names one title: Dreaming Sarah.
