preserving summer for winter 🍒 lavashak from an ancient persian recipe

This video is a little special to me 🥹 We spent a quiet morning at my dad's orchard, picking sour cherries straight from the trees, and then turned them into lavashak, one of the oldest persian ways to preserve fruit. I needed this day to exist somewhere, so I filmed it. This method is the way we've always done it in Iran, generation to generation.
