Meeting our natural rhythm through meditation blends of Yoga and Ayurveda. Meet sour. You know that milk that has gone off, or that person who turned sour on you? Its a part of daily life and is a part of life's natural balance. Welcome to my channel! I am Kelly and you are here with meditation blends...a slow but easy way to learn is through focused attention. This series is about understanding the six tastes of Ayurveda and how they land in our body and mind. Enjoy! x Meditation Blends Series 2, (part 2)Well, here we start with a simple look into one of the most important parts of digestive health in Ayurveda…the six tastes. When sweetness arrives, do you enjoy it, or forget how sweet it is? Like and Subscribe? it really helps me and makes me smile too. Thank you to the new subscribers! I look forward to connecting more as I come to terms with YouTube and my own limitless nature. We are all expanding together. Thank you so much. Do you expect something at this moment? Expansion is, in all honesty, a guess, a suspicion of getting from one place to another. Or how do you see it? This is expressly for you to make of it what you will. This is your experience, meditation in any form is not always pleasant. Much of the practice is to welcome whatever arrives during the session. At the same time allowing space between thoughts to be a priority or an offering. Meditation and wakeful colouring offer brief moments to be silent, to be free of judgement or any decision making. Yet also expressly for making space or kindness to arrive in your presence. As this series grows so the practices will expand, develop and morph. Yoga is an invitation to expand into the unknown, we all have come from this. Today we are all beginners. Yoga is unity consciousness in the form of our life force and material body. Life is never without soul or our singular spirit, never without our kind heart or our outrageously wild high and low ebbs in and of emotion, mind and body. Spirituality is an integral part of the traditional yoga and ayurvedic system. However, if you don't dig it, do not force it. Love whatever arrives as it is a valuable point in time to be clear and present. 👍🏼Please Click the Thumbs up if you appreciate this channel, it will help this channel expand to those interested. Subscribe to this channel and also watching the videos to the end are all cool ways to support Kelly’s work. I am still learning, still a beginner. Thank you again lovelies, 🦅in lightness of mind and stability of body 🐘, may we all find a time to slow down in this madly wild life. And love it all. x (Donations are welcome but not expected.)
