Eschalon are back with “Inertia”, one of their most technical and ambitious tracks yet, and today we’re checking it out for the first time! Released on August 28th, 2026 as part of their new EP Devour, “Inertia” pushes Eschalon’s sound even further, blending intricate riffing, progressive metalcore, crushing heaviness, atmospheric sections and a much stronger focus on clean vocals and melody. I’ve already been seriously impressed by what this band can do, so I’m REALLY curious to see how all of these different elements come together on this one. Is this Eschalon leveling up again?
