Teaching a Beginner the Spartan Spear Throw

This video is a very informal session of me teaching my girlfriend how to throw a spear for the spartan race obstacle. In the video we cover basic form and some tricks that I have found improve my success at races, and we see how she likes the feedback and what helps her get a good throw.
