We took this incredibly well-kept 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 out for a driving and walkaround video through Downtown Los Angeles. The current owner has had this car since 1989 — 37 years — and it shows. A major refurbishment was carried out in 2007 for over $23k (including a full fuel system overhaul and reupholstered gray leather seats), followed by another $12k+ in suspension, steering, and brake work in 2017. The result is a DeLorean that's spent 35 years in California and still shows just 31k miles on the odometer.
