Absolutely 💗 Here’s a description that fits the actual heart of the video without giving everything away: I recently realized that happiness isn’t an emotion that’s always been easy for me to fully access. And the more I thought about it, the more I started to understand why. There have been so many moments in my life where I was genuinely happy, feeling beautiful, celebrating myself, or simply enjoying something—and someone came along and tried to ruin it. Somewhere along the way, I think I learned: don’t get too happy, because somebody might come and tear it down. And now I’m realizing that sometimes I do it to myself before anybody else even gets the chance. I’m learning that I don’t have to protect myself from happiness. I can celebrate. I can enjoy what’s happening right now. And even if someone tries to rain on my parade, I don’t have to hand them the umbrella. 😂💗 So this is me learning to fully feel my happiness—even when part of me is still scared to.
