Sometimes we complain about not getting the very thing people have been trying to give us. But have we stopped to consider the part WE play in receiving it? I used to complain about doing everything myself, not realizing that I was rejecting the very help I wanted! In this video, we're talking about learning to RECEIVE and ALLOW, letting go of control, and recognizing that we have a part to play when someone offers us help. Sometimes that means asking for help first. Sometimes it means slowing down before automatically saying, "No, I'm good." And sometimes it means actually allowing people to help us without trying to control how they do it.
