Escaping the city grind today for a hike up the Tianmu Old Pipe Trail. This is a 1-hour journey through some rural roads and nice mountain trails. This trail use to transport from the mountains into the town downhill! We start at a temple, we then walk into the suburb of Tianmu before starting into the trailheads. We will be climbing the famous stone steps alongside the large water pipes from the Japanese colonial era, eventually reaching the shaded, flat forest paths that lead toward Yangmingshan.
