Tommy Maximoff Is Real: Vision's Son Explained Before VisionQuest

Tommy Maximoff should be impossible. The last time we saw him he was a little boy fading out of Westview with the rest of Wanda's spell, and now VisionQuest has him at eighteen, picking pockets in London and telling the police exactly who his father was. This is how a sitcom kid became a real person: what Wanda actually made in Westview, where Billy's soul went when the spell ended, what Agatha All Along set up, and why the Vision walking toward Tommy in VisionQuest may not remember him at all. Plus what the Young Avengers comics did with Tommy, and the one Vision story that already answered the question the show is asking. Sources: the official VisionQuest trailer and teasers, Marvel's own Vision family recap, the New York Comic Con 2026 press line (Paul Bettany, Ruaridh Mollica, Terry Matalas), Collider's VisionQuest set visit, Popverse, Den of Geek and Entertainment Weekly interviews, Young Avengers (2005-2006), Dark Reign: Young Avengers (2009) and The Vision (2015-2016).
