I tried Pune's Best Chiwda | Babus Laxminarayan Chiwda | Factory to Table | #Bha2Pa

#chivdarecipe #punekar #laxminarayan In this episode of “Aagrahache Nimantran,” we visited the iconic Babu’s Laxmi Narayan Best Chiwda. This Chiwda has been delighting taste buds for over 80 years, carrying forward a proud legacy built on honesty, consistency, and top-quality products. The company was originally established by their grandfather, whose vision and dedication laid the foundation for this iconic brand. Now led by Director Mr. Prashant Babulal Data, the business proudly continues into its fourth generation, maintaining its reputation for authenticity and excellence. With a registered trademark and a strong focus on hygiene, their commitment to delivering the best remains unchanged through the decades. Their Chiwda truly stands out crispy, full-loaded, and bursting with flavor. The premium quality flattened rice (poha) gives it a perfect light crunch, while the balanced blend of masala and salt adds a rich, irresistible taste to every bite. During our visit, they gave us an exclusive factory tour, and it was truly impressive. The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, and the production process ran smoothly from start to finish. They even showed us their masala room and laboratory, where they carefully balance the fats, proteins, and moisture in their spice mix to ensure top-notch consistency and taste. With 100% of their workforce being women, the brand stands as a symbol of both tradition and empowerment. Before we left, they shared some inspiring advice for today’s youth, encouraging them to work with passion, honesty, and perseverance just like the legacy of Babu’s Laxmi Narayan Best Chiwda.
