A Sunset Worth Remembering…

October 17, 2026: My morning walk in gratitude… A Sunset Worth Remembering… Tonight’s sunset at Venice Beach was absolutely breathtaking! Just when I think nature couldn’t possibly get any more beautiful, I’m reminded that every sunset has its own special magic. The low tide created the most incredible reflections across the wet sand. As the sun slowly descended toward the horizon, enormous waves came crashing in, adding their own beautiful energy to the peaceful evening. I watched as the golden sun disappeared into the ocean, but the show was far from over! The sky began transforming into the most magnificent shades of orange, coral, and pink. The wet sand became a beautiful glass mirror, reflecting the colorful clouds above. It was almost impossible to tell where the sky ended and the earth began. A jet ski went racing across the water, adding a little excitement to the evening. And as the clouds continued to change, the moon made a quiet appearance, peeking through as if it didn’t want to miss the show either. One of my favorite sights was watching the little silhouettes along the shoreline, enjoying the very same beauty that had captured my heart. Tonight’s message couldn’t have been more perfect: “Live in the moment and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.” And that’s exactly what tonight was. A beautiful moment worth remembering. I’m so grateful for my eyes, for the ability to experience these incredible gifts of nature, and for another opportunity to slow down and appreciate the world around me. Every sunset reminds me that life is filled with extraordinary moments. Sometimes all we have to do is stop long enough to notice them. Walking in gratitude, one beautiful sunset at a time.
