This is a vlog about one weekend of mine. I bought some kitchen tools. I swept my porches after my gardener cut grasses. I bought a large Kabocha squash, so I made 4 different dishes and desserts with it : Simmered Kabocha and Meatball, Air-Fried Kabocha, Kabocha Steamed Bread, and Kabocha Pudding. I came up with the recipe for the Kabocha Pudding using Knox Gelatine, so it is my own recipe. I take care of my Special-Needs / Autism kid. He is adorable to me.
