Cooking Sourdough Tortillas Outside

I love cooking outside. My desire would be to have an outdoor kitchen to use during the summer. I think that would be great. Maybe a pizza oven as well. But, until then I am blessed with a Blackstone griddle on my front porch. It does a great job of cooking tortillas. If you are a sourdough cook and have never made tortillas, you are missing out.
