RADWIMPS - “Zenzenzense” solo band cover + lyrics/歌詞 全パットのカバー 「前前前世 (movie ver.)」

been busy the last few days with family visiting, but to stay on track with my goals, here’s “Zenzenzense” by RADWIMPS. back in 2022, this was my major litmus test for myself to get into rock; if i can sing these lyrics then i’ve got what it takes 😂 this was one of my first “serious” attempts at learning to sing in Japanese, and it’s not just that it’s a different language, it’s that the songs are so flippin’ fast and there are so many notes 🤯 really highlights that rock in Japan operates on a different standard, but now i can’t listen to most English melodies or chord progressions without feeling immensely bored... I still remember how in awe I was of my bandmates in ‪@AimaiMirai‬ first time we played through this song, too. our catchphrase was “f**k zenzenzense 190!” for a few months because of the collective nightmares this tempo gave us, especially for the drummers.
