Mostarda di Frutta is a fascinating Italian mustard based on dried fruits - don't think just make

When I first discovered a recipe for this I didn't want to make it and when I had made it, I didn't want to try it. By a country mile this is the most moreish preserve I have ever eaten and once tried it is very difficult not to keep dipping into the jar.
