Lemon & Lime Marmalade

This is one of my fav marmalades. It has a real citrus punch but is not too strong in either lemon or lime. Don't be tempted to try making Lime Marmalade unless you are a heavy smoker and need very strong flavours! It doesn't turn out like the ubiquitous Rose's - more of a khaki colour and so strong it is almost inedible. Combining lemons and limes though is a completely difgferent kettle of . . . well you know what I mean.
