20kg, 8' quick rest as needed 24kg, 3' As the youths say, cooked. Last hard week before next week, which will taper into competition in Atlantic City. Spent more time on right arm with 20kg, since it's much stronger and agile than my left, and strategy in comp will be to ride out the right side until it's maxed out before the one switch I get. 24kg was 1' on right, finish on left, like it will be in competition. last competition, I got 104 reps, only need 6 more for CMS rank on this lift.
