Verse 1 The Mighty One, the Lord, has spoken; He calls the earth from dawn to night. From Zion's hill, His beauty shining, He comes in glory, robed in light. Our God approaches, not in silence— A fire consumes, a storm surrounds. He calls the heavens and the earth to witness The judgment throne where grace abounds. Chorus So let thanksgiving be our offering, Let thankful hearts proclaim His name. The God who speaks in thunder and in mercy Is worthy of our lives, not just our praise. Call on Him in days of trouble— He will deliver, He will save. The one who brings a thankful sacrifice Shall see the salvation of the Lord. Verse 2 "I do not need your bulls and offerings, The cattle on a thousand hills. The birds of heaven, all the beasts of field— They are Mine, and Mine alone. I will not take a bull from your house As though I needed anything. What I desire is not your empty ritual— But a heart that trusts and truly sings." Chorus So let thanksgiving be our offering, Let thankful hearts proclaim His name. The God who speaks in thunder and in mercy Is worthy of our lives, not just our praise. Call on Him in days of trouble— He will deliver, He will save. The one who brings a thankful sacrifice Shall see the salvation of the Lord. Verse 3 But to the wicked, God declares His warning: "What right have you to speak My laws? You hate correction, cast My words behind you, And walk in darkness without pause. You join with thieves and share in sin, Your tongue is sharp, your words are lies. You thought that I was just like you— But now I set My judgment before your eyes." Chorus So let thanksgiving be our offering, Let thankful hearts proclaim His name. The God who speaks in thunder and in mercy Is worthy of our lives, not just our praise. Call on Him in days of trouble— He will deliver, He will save. The one who brings a thankful sacrifice Shall see the salvation of the Lord. Verse 4 "Consider this, you who forget Me, Lest I tear you apart with none to save. The one who offers thanksgiving honors Me— And to the one who walks in My way, I will show the salvation of God. I will show the salvation of God. To the one who walks in My way, I will show the salvation of God." Final Chorus So let thanksgiving be our offering, Let thankful hearts proclaim His name. The God who speaks in thunder and in mercy Is worthy of our lives, not just our praise. Call on Him in days of trouble— He will deliver, He will save. The one who brings a thankful sacrifice Shall see the salvation of the Lord. Closing Doxology To the Father, Son, and Spirit— The God who speaks and saves and reigns— Be thanksgiving, honour, glory, Now and forever. Amen.
