Granddad Tony Bags a 5-Bed Spanish Villa for €85k

Two estate agent families return to the Costas with curve balls, tough budgets, and bigger dreams than ever. In Almeria, cycling granddad Tony chases sunshine and space for five grandkids on just €90k. A rustic charmer, a shock 5-bed modern villa, and a wildcard park home by the beach send him reeling. A bold offer follows… but will a last-minute counter be the deal-maker? Up the coast in Alicante, David and Marian hunt a shared family escape with one unusual must-have: proper shade. From a jacuzzi semi to an ultra-modern pool villa and a quiet traditional home, each pick solves one problem while raising another. Meanwhile, an office reshuffle at the Rodriguez HQ turns into a full-blown desk standoff you won’t see coming. From budget wins to negotiation brinkmanship, this episode shows how the dream gets done in Spain.
