Jamaican Style Easter Bun: Dry Ingredients: 6 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp grated nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon powder 2 tsp mix spice 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp. baking powder Wet ingredients: 1/4 cup melted butter 1 dragon stout 1 Malta 2 beaten eggs 1tbsp. lemon zest 1 cup sugar 2 tsp food browning 1 tsp molasses 1/4 cup guava jam 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. mix flavoring 1/4 cup chopped cherries 1/2 cup mixed peels Combine both wet and dry ingredients in a bowl until mixture has a good consistency.
