Southwest Airlines at O'HARE: STILL a Mess in 2023?

The last two years I'd flown Southwest into ORD, Terminal 5 was still awaiting the inauguration of its new expansion. As such, it was still very congested and with Southwest trying to operate so many flights per day, it got very tough and that situation has been covered in the previous videos I have made. Earlier this year, the new expansion opened and Southwest shifted its operations to go mainly from there. This was my first time flying into the new expansion, having flown out on SWA the week before (the subject of a prior video). What is it like? Do planes still have to wait for gates to open up?
