As a woman in my 40s, I spent a lot of time reflecting on the pressure to find a partner. When I was younger, I felt like I needed to get married or have kids to be complete. Now, I realize that the most important relationship you can build is with yourself. I am sharing my perspective on why I no longer offer traditional dating advice, because that is simply not where the focus should be. The journey of self-love is far more rewarding than chasing someone else's approval. Instead of looking for external validation, prioritize your own peace. There is so much power in being alone and truly enjoying your own company.
